Savills office agency team in Duesseldorf, Germany, has taken the top spot for leasing activity in the city for the full year 2020, beating competitors such as CBRE and JLL.

The team was also involved in the city’s biggest leasing deal of the year, the Regional Finance Office taking 34,000 sq m office space at Moskauer Straße 19. Other deals closed include MMM Multi-Media-Marketing GmbH (M3) leasing 1,750 sq m office space at Lohweg 181-183; adtech provider, Adform, signing for 311 sq m new office space at ‘the Bilkery’, Benzenbergstraße 2; and law firms KANAT and KARA leasing a combined 350 sq m at Franz-Rennefeld-Weg 5.
