Worley Netherlands signs new lease agreement in De Enk office building, Arnhem

Cocon Vastgoed has signed a long-term lease agreement with Worley Nederland at Tivolilaan 205 in Arnhem, better known as De Enk. The lease comprises approximately 740 sq m of office space situated on the fifth floor.

Tenant Worley is a global provider of professional project and asset services in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. 

Caroline van Duren, Consultant Tenant Representation at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “The strategically situated location of the monumental De Enk building, in the center of Arnhem and close to various key clients, seamlessly suits the wishes and requirements of our client Worley.
