NSI Kantoren B.V. has signed a long-term lease agreement with Arbobutler B.V. at Teleportboulevaard 120-142 in Amsterdam, better known as office building ONE20. The lease comprises approximately 1,500 sq m of office space and 12 parking spaces.
Tenant Arbobutler is a specialist, certified health and safety service with consultation locations throughout the country and head offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Heerhugowaard.
IJsbrand Brunger, Head of Leasing Amsterdam at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “Our client NSI acquired the ONE20 office building in the first half of this year. It was our objective to reduce vacancy within one year. After the recent expansion of tenant Scalehub and the new agreement with Arbobutler, ONE20 is now fully let. Despite the challenging market conditions, we were able to achieve our target in a short timeframe.”
