In 2021, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, the German state pension association, will move to Siemensdamm 62 in Berlin, also known as TechnoCampus Berlin. By taking out 14,000 sq m office space, it will consolidate several of its operations under one roof.

The owner of TechnoCampus in Berlin’s sub-market Siemensstadt is a joint venture between AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets and the Caleus Group. Savills acted in an advisory and intermediary capacity during the letting process.

"The design concept of the TechnoCampus, with very flexible floor plans, is an example of what modern office space can look like today. Currently, two further properties with a combined 20,000 sq m are under construction at the site, which will then offer around 60,000 sq m of office space in total.”
