Codewise continues its presence in Browar Lubicz

Codewise, one of the fastest-growing Krakow-based start-ups, has renewed its lease for 2,200 sqm in Browar Lubicz in Krakow. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland, the landlord was advised by Savills.

Codewise is a provider of cutting-edge technology solutions. Its flagship brands include Zeropark, a performance traffic exchange, and Voluum, Voluum DSP, and Voluum DB, a full-stack marketing platform for performance analytics, optimisation and media buying. Its technologies are powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. Codewise has been named among Europe’s 1,000 fastest-growing companies by Financial Times in the last four years. It delivers solutions to companies in more than 190 countries.

The company has been leasing 2,200 sqm spread over the first and fourth floors of building G, accounting for nearly half of the office space in building G of the mixed-use complex Browar Lubicz. The office building is located just a few hundred metres from Krakow Główny train station, in the very heart of the city. It features elements of history, high ceilings, and an atmosphere designed to meet the requirements of the demanding client. Balmoral is the owner of Browar Lubicz.
