As part of its development in the regions, Savills France has announced the appointment of Sébastien Nida as Regional Investment Director. He will be based in Lyon and will operate throughout France.
In his new role, Sébastien will be primarily responsible for the management and strategic development of Savills France's investment activity in regional markets, as well as for regional client files.
With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Sébastien has been Associate-Investment Regions at Cushman & Wakefield since 2016. Previously, he was Regional Investment Manager for Nexity Conseil et Transaction, after spending five years at ANF Immobilier-Eurazeo as an Asset Manager. He has also worked for Brice Robert/Arthur Loyd, CB Richard Ellis Valuation and GPT Halverton.
