Tenant KOP Worldwide B.V. is the company of gamer and YouTuber Kwebbelkop, the biggest YouTuber in the Netherlands with a current total of 3.7 million subscribers. Kwebbelkop will use the space to record his live streams, as well as to house the game development company he owns.

According to Savills recent research report 'Spotlight Gaming 2020 - the Netherlands', the growth of the gaming sector is driving substantial and specific real estate demand. The number of real estate occupiers within the market is growing and there is increasing business space leasing activity.

IJsbrand Brunger, Head of Leasing Amsterdam at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “The  gaming industry has very specific needs and is competing with other sectors for city centre locations with good transport links.
