CBRE GI has signed a new lease agreement with Gavita International B.V. at Schiphol Logistics Park.
CBRE Global Investors has leased its final space at Schiphol Logistics Park to Gavita International B.V..
Gavita International B.V. has leased approximately 9,350 sq m warehouse space, 1,000 sq m of office space and 820 sq m of mezzanine space along with parking. This latest deal means that phase B and C of the multi-let logistics complex AMS01 at Schiphol Logistics Park are now fully let. The development of phase D (approximately 17,000 sq m) will start shortly and is expected to complete in 2021.
Landlord CBRE GI was advised by Savills, in partnership with 1530 Real Estate. The tenant was assisted by CBRE and Six Legal.
