Savills appoints co-head of Residential Capital Markets division in France

International real estate advisor, Savills, has appointed Mathieu Guillebault as co-head of its Residential Capital Markets (RCM) division in France, alongside Raymond Genre-Grandpierre.

In his new position, Mathieu will be responsible for advising on alternative real estate asset transactions (senior, student, co-living, tourism, health) and residential assets.

Due to his experience in these sectors, he will accompany owners/investors in their development or the conversion of their assets.

He will be part of the group's pan-European team, where his relationships with both operators and developers will support cross-border development.

Mathieu joins from CBRE where he spent eight years in their capital markets team.

Boris Cappelle, Head of Savills France, commented: "I am very pleased to welcome Mathieu Guillebault as co-director of the RCM department. His extensive expertise, particularly in the serviced residences sector, has already enabled him to carry out a number of significant transactions. Mathieu is an asset for the development of the RCM department, which is a strategic area of growth for us.”
