Grzybowska Park is currently undergoing refurbishment. Its new reception lobby and revamped communal areas will be unveiled by the end of this year, says real estate advisory firm Savills, the sole agent for the office building. Tenants looking for office space to let can already have a look at model fit-out designs in the newly-opened showroom.
Model spaces in Grzybowska Park are located on two floors: the first and the seventh, the latter being the top floor of the building and offering a view of Śródmieście, Grzybowski Square and a nearby park.
In the showroom, tenants coming to the building can visualise how their office could look in the future. It presents model fit-out designs of private offices, conference rooms, kitchens and breakout spaces.
Grzybowska Park offers a wide choice of ready-to-occupy offices starting from 300 sq m up to around 5,000 sq m. Refurbishment works that are currently underway will soon make the building even more attractive. Real estate advisory firm Savills advises its owner on office and retail space leasing.

Grzybowska Park is located at 5A Grzybowska Street in Warsaw, 500 metres from Świętokrzyska station, an intersection of the two metro lines. It offers 9,600 sq m of modern office space. The building, which was completed in 2008, features a glass façade, allowing natural light inside and blending into the elegant surroundings of Grzybowska Street.
