Savills advises CIBTvisas on move to HS Building in The Hague, the Netherlands

CIBTvisas has signed a new lease agreement for approximately 700 sq m of office space at Johanna Westerdijkplein 1 in The Hague, better known as HS Building. The lease commences in December 2020.

Caroline van Duren, Consultant Tenant Representation at Savills in the Netherlands, explains: “The new CIBTvisas office is located in a very strategic location, next to The Hague Hollands Spoor (train) station. Once upgraded, the building will have first-class facilities and is therefore perfectly aligned with the long-term plans of CIBTvisas.”

HS Building comprises a total of 21,000 sq m of office space, spread over 14 floors. The building was awarded an A class energy label in recognition of the investments made to reduce the amount of energy used. There are various F&B establishments and the largest Q-park garage in the area is close to the building.

CIBTvisas was advised by Savills and owner Union Street Pluto B.V. was advised by Spring Real Estate.
