Savills has advised Deka Immobilien on the sale of a 22,700 sq m prime office building in central Paris to BNP Paribas Real Estate, on behalf of SCPI Accimo Pierre.
The building was constructed in 2003 and is located at 41-49 Quai d’Austerlitz and 52-60 Avenue Pierre Mendès France, in the city's 13th arrondissement. It is fully let to French bank Natixis, a subsidiary of BPCE group.
