Eurus Energy Europe B.V. has signed a new lease agreement for approximately 500 sq m of office space at Parnassusweg 819 in Amsterdam, better known as UNStudio. The lease commences in October 2020.

Eurus Energy develops, invests in and operates renewable energy projects worldwide, with a focus on wind and photovoltaic projects. They are currently based in the World Trade Center in Amsterdam.

Justin Kruseman Aretz, consultant at Workthere, says: “Office space in Amsterdam’s Central Business District – the South Axis - remains extremely scarce. We are therefore very pleased that, through our excellent local network, we were soon aware of this space coming available, and were able to secure the lease for Eurus Energy.”

Savills advised tenant Eurus Energy Europe B.V., former tenant Taylor Wessing N.V. was advised by Van Zijll Langhout Vastgoed B.V. UNStudio is owned by Union Investment GmbH.
