Britt graduated from the Eindhoven University of Technology where she obtained a master degree in real estate as well as in technical engineering. After completing her studies she specialised in data consultancy. Within the Savills research team she will be focussing on Data Intelligence.

Data Intelligence within Savills includes the collection, combining and analysis of data, to support our advice. The Savills Research & Consultancy team offers a range of tools to visually map market knowledge, but also develops new tools on request, or in cooperation with clients. In addition, the team combines data(analysis) with market knowledge, for example in the form of GIS site analyzes and monte carlo-simulations, in order to provide clients with strategic advice.
