Savills has hired Declan Sexton to join its Investments Division as Associate Director.
Prior to joining Savills, Mr Sexton held the position of Asset Manager in the Property Department of Dunnes Stores, where he worked on shopping centre management, retail lettings, acquisitions and disposals.
He also spent 6 years with JLL’s Investment Division, advising on sales, acquisitions and asset management for various clients.
He began his career in general commercial agency and valuations with Cohalan Downing in Cork after qualifying from Limerick Institute of Technology with a BSc. in Property Valuation & Management.
Commenting of Declan’s appointment, Domhnaill O’Sullivan, Investment Director at Savills Ireland commented:
