On March 4, the completion of the distribution center at De Ruif 3 in Roosendaal was celebrated with a symbolic key exchange from developer Damsteen Vastgoed B.V. to owner CBRE Global Investors. Savills and De Lobel & Partners have been as leasing agents.
De Ruif 3 is a high-quality logistics development of approximately 32,000 sq m, with partial letting possible from 15,000 sq m. The distribution center is constructed according to the BREEAM method and has been certified "Very Good". De Ruif 3 is the only high-quality distribution center in Roosendaal with more than 30,000 sq m of available floor space.
