Atrium

The Amsterdam office of Vistra Netherlands is currently located in the Atrium building on the South Axis in Amsterdam. ACT Commodities, a world leading trader in energy commodities, will take over the office space and parking spaces once Vistra has moved out of the building. ACT was advised by Solved.

Erik Beekman, Head of Tenant Representation at Savills in the Netherlands, says: “Vistra is an international client of Savills, who we advise in several countries, across a range of services from workplace concept to realization. With these transactions, Vistra benefits from increased efficiency and its real estate strategy is clearly in line with long-term operational objectives. The combination of conventional office space and flexible office space is a trend that we increasingly see in the current office market.”
