Anders Nordvall, Deputy CEO Savills Sweden, says: “Given its location and quality of design, there was a lot of investor interest in K12. Based on the current fundamentals and continued demand for real estate investments, Sweden is on track for 2019 being a record year of investment.”
The K12 office building has been environmentally certified under the international BREEAM system with a rating of Excellent.
