HS Retail BV has signed a new lease agreement with WOONENZO for 1,138 sq m retail space in shopping center MegaStores in The Hague. In addition, HS Retail BV has concluded lease extensions with Prénatal, Kids Eiland and Auping for MegaStores. The four lease agreements comprise a combined floor area of ​​approximately 4,755 sq m.

“The strategic location of the indoor shopping center MegaStores, right in the Central Innovation District and next to the Hollands Spoor train station, is bearing fruit. The area is in full development and substantial investments will be made in the coming twenty years. For example, 25,000 homes are being built for 50,000 new residents,” says Johan Spin, responsible for the shopping center management on behalf of Savills. "We are seeing both existing and new tenants planning ahead for these changes.”

HS Retail BV was advised by asset manager Savills Investment Management and Creating Retail Parks on the new lease agreement with WOONENZO. The lease extensions were guided by Savills, together with Savills Investment Management.
