Mark Reynolds is to take up the role of Deputy Managing Director at Savills Ireland with immediate effect. The move comes as current MD, Angus Potterton, assumes a greater role with the Savills European Board and wider business throughout Europe.
The Savills veteran steps into the position having spent 12 years as Head of the Development & Consultancy Division, and a further 8 years in various departments of the business including Retail, Receiverships and Consultancy both in Ireland and in London.

In his new role, Mark will support Mr. Potterton at management level on a day to day basis, helping to run the Irish business, while also continuing to lead the Development & Consultancy division.
Mark’s expertise lies in managing, evaluating and implementing proposals which add value to large mixed property portfolios. He has been involved in a wide variety of property valuation & development work.
Mark recently lead the re-development of Boland’s Mills, to what is now known as Boland’s Quay, which recently sold to Google. The scheme, which is due for completion later this year – will create a new city campus development with the capacity to deliver 2 new office towers, 1 new residential tower and the restoration of several protected structures.
