IMCON Immobilien Consulting GmbH has successfully sold the office property at Lilienthalstraße 25-29 in Hallbergmoos on behalf of KCM Invest AG, which belongs to Walter Kässmeyer’s family office.

The purchaser of the 16,900 sq m property is Sirius Real Estate Ltd., which is listed in London and Johannesburg. Savills advised both sides on the off-market deal. Since the “Leonardo” still has a vacancy rate of around 40%, the successful re-positioning undertaken by IMCON to date will be continued.

Sirius is planning to open its fourth First Choice Business Center in addition to those in Essen, Neuss and Wiesbaden.
