The employees, who are all from specialist real estate outfit, Alba, will join the 20-strong Paris-based office agency team which is headed up by Bértrand Renaudeau D’Arc.
Former president of Alba, Alain Brunschweiler, will join in the role of Director of Development and Strategy in a role which will see him working across all divisions in the company with a primary focus on office agency. Pascal Davois, will be joining as a key account manager, continuing his work across the Ile-de-France and also across primary regions in France. Working alongside him will be key account director, Daniel Sublet, who will specialise in the Paris market.
Speaking about the recent integration, Bértrand Renaudeau D’Arc, Director of the office agency department, Savills France, comments: “These recent recruitments are key for further bolstering our office agency division and mark a new stage in the team’s development. We hope to enhance our services across Paris and also the regions which will become a key focus for us.”
On a regional level, Gilles Matuszak will become Regional Director in Lyon, helping to mature Savills presence across key French regions as the company continues to grow. In a brand and marketing capacity, Laurence Jacquier will be working alongside the sales and marketing team with a particular focus on office agency. Finally, Karine Stachoq will continue as a commercial assistant in the Lyon office.
