Savills Czech Republic investment team has advised the seller on the sale of a group of mixed use real estate assets in Prague’s Karlín district to the real estate fund of Amundi Czech Republic. The heart of this complex is the multi-purpose Forum Karlín hall that hosts musical, social, and professional marketing events.
The property was designed by the team of architect Ricardo Bofill and in 2014 it was awarded “Best of Realty” for being the lynchpin in developing Karlín. The total gross leasable area of the complex is more than 21,000 sqm (226,042 sq. ft). The two parties agreed neither to disclose the value nor other details related to the transaction.
