WestInvest Gesellschaft für Investmentfonds mbH, part of Deka Immobilien, has recently sold and delivered a distribution centre, located at Rondebeltweg 92 in Almere, to Exeter Property Group. The distribution centre has a total area of 13,328 sq m warehouse and 1,227 sq m office. The DC is long-term let to TYC Europe; the European distribution arm of TYC Brother Industrial Co. Ltd., a world class manufacturer of automotive replacement lamps.
