Generali acquires Malachowski Squar

Generali Real Estate acquired Małachowski Square office building from Europa Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate, with Savills acting as the buyer’s commercial advisor.

Małachowski Square is an A-class office building located within Central Business District in Warsaw. The property completed in 2014 consists of a modernized, renovated and extended historical part as well as a newly built wing. The building offers over 12,200 sq m of office space together with nearly 2,300 sq m of retail space suitable for restaurants, cafes and luxury boutiques. The property’s tenants include a leading coworking space provider and prestigious law companies.

“As a result of the renovation of the historic tenement and the construction of the new part, Małachowski Square is a unique combination of traditional and modern architecture.
