Today, the funds Rotterdam Eemhaven B.V. and Rotterdam Science Tower B.V. have announced the sale of office park Port Park Pernis and the Rotterdam Science Tower. Both objects are located in Rotterdam.
The office park, located at Seattleweg 7-17 in Rotterdam, comprises four office buildings and a restaurant of 22,000 sq m in total. The office park has been sold to Dudok Vastgoed B.V.

The Rotterdam Science Tower, located at Marconistraat 16 in Rotterdam, comprises 31,446 sq m of office and laboratory space and 622 parking spaces and is part of the iconic 'Marconi towers'. The Rotterdam Science Tower is a multi-tenant building with a focus on innovation, education, science and entrepreneurship. The property has been sold to Egeria.
