Savills Development & Consultancy team continues to grow from strength-to-strength with the promotion of Colette Mulroy to Associate. Ms Mulroy joined Savills in 2016 as a Senior Surveyor, working on numerous high-profile projects.
Prior to joining Savills, Colette was a Senior Surveyor in the Development Land and Professional Services departments of Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ Sherry FitzGerald) for five years.
She has handled a number of high profile land sales throughout the last few years as well as the preparation of a number of strategic reports on behalf of a number of her major clients.
She was also involved in advising various corporate occupiers and a number of financial institutions on strategies to maximise the potential of their property requirements and their existing portfolios.
Savills now boasts Ireland’s largest development and consultancy division, with 12 full-time employees. Under the guidance of Mark Reynolds, the team have worked as sole agents on some of the most high-profile land transactions in recent years, including:
- Sale of 8.64 acres at RTE, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 for €107.5m
- Sale of ‘Project Trinity’ – prime 7 acre lands in Ballsbridge (now Lansdowne Place) for €170m
- Sale of ‘Project Cherry’ – Prime 400 acre site in Cherrywood, Dublin for €280m
- Development of 397,000 sq. ft. office, residential, retail and cultural space at Bolands Quay
