MN, on behalf of PMT,  has purchased the Riva Office from the joint venture Bayside Capital / UniforceDMC. Riva is a sustainable multi-tenant office building located on a prominent location in the Paleiskwartier (Palace quarter) in Den Bosch. The building was completed in 2000 and comprises 10,500 sq m of office space and approximately 110 parking places.

Tenants include Rabobank, Hevo and Van Lanschot Chabot. In the coming months, a number of sustainability measurements will be taken to provide the property with a BREEAM Very Good label. In addition, the entrance and vacant floors will be upgraded.

During this transaction, seller Bayside Capital was advised by its co-investor and asset manager UniforeDMC, Savills and Van Doorne. Buyer MN was advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Houthoff Buruma.
