Real I.S. AG has acquired two logistics assets in the Netherlands from David Hart Group (DHG). The two recently developed distribution centers are located within the logistics hotspot of Moerdijk.
The first property comprises a distribution center of approximately 23,000 sq m located on the Energieweg 2. The building is fully let on a long-term lease to logistics service provider Rulewave B.V. The building was completed on 1 February , 2017 and partly suitable for the storage of ADR goods according to the PGS-15 standard and equipped with a CO2 gas extinguishing system.
The second building comprises a distribution center of approximately 25,000 sq m located on the Megajoule 2-4. The building is fully let on a a long-term lease to Johnson Health Tech Netherlands B.V., a manufacturer of fitness equipment, best known in the Netherlands under the brand name Matrix. The building was completed on May 1st 2017.
This is Real IS’s second acquisition in Moerdijk. Last year the German investor acquired Smartlog 1, comprising two properties totaling approximately 42,000 sq m, on the Logistic Boulevard in Moerdijk.
