Savills has bolstered its development land team with the appointment of Ebba Mowat.

Savills has bolstered its development land team with the appointment of Ebba Mowat.

Ms Mowat is no stranger to Savills, having worked as an undergraduate with the Edinburgh land team before moving to the firm’s Glasgow office to work with the investments team.

Ebba originally joined Savills as an undergraduate within the Edinburgh development team to assist with strategic land acquisitions, disposals and valuations.

Prior to joining Savills, Ebba spent a year with City Property Glasgow LLP who act as an ALEO for Glasgow City Council. Whilst rotating through the Disposals, Acquisitions, Investment, Valuation and planning teams she gained invaluable experience which has acted as an essential foundation to her work at Savills.

Savills now boasts Ireland’s largest development and consultancy division, with 12 full-time employees. Under the guidance of Mark Reynolds, the team have worked as sole agents on some of the most high-profile land transactions in recent years, including:

  • Sale of 8.64 acres at RTE, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 for €107.5m
  • Sale of ‘Project Trinity’ – prime 7 acre lands in Ballsbridge (now Lansdowne Place) for €170m
  • Sale of ‘Project Cherry’ – Prime 400 acre site in Cherrywood, Dublin for €280m
  • Development of 397,000 sq. ft. office, residential, retail and cultural space at Bolands Quay
