Also a group of brand strategist joined our team recently” – says Michał Gołębiewski, PwC Poland.

"A recognizable building, with a good exposition of the company logo on the façade together with the possibility of expansion within one complex, is an important asset for the biggest consulting companies. In addition, for such large employers, convenient access to public transport, is also vital. The proximity of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Warsaw University of Technology, as well as the metro station Pole Mokotowskie and Zbawiciela Square are both advantages in the context of attracting young candidates. IBC offers all these qualities" - Daniel Czarnecki, Portfolio Manager, Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills.

The International Business Center is an A+ office complex offering over 36,000 sq m of space in two buildings. IBC is located at the junction of Waryńskiego Street with Armii Ludowej Avenue in Warsaw, which provides an excellent access to the city center and other districts. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of public transport stops and the Metro Politechnika station. Savills is the exclusive agent for IBC. The property is part of the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund Deka-Immobilien Europa.
