Trinity Vastgoed XV BV has prolonged their lease agreement with current tenant ‘s Heeren Loo Zorggroep foundation at the Berkenweg 11 in Amersfoort for 12.5 years. The lease agreement comprises 5,775 sq m of office space, 197 sq m of archive space and 74 parking spaces.

Tenant ‘s Heeren Loo Zorggroep supports people with intellectual disabilities, ranging from light home support to intensive 24-hour home care.

The building on the Berkenweg dates back to 1970 and has undergone a number of major renovations over the years. The building of approximately 14,000 m² is fully leased.
