As of July 1st 2017, Fabian Penninkhof (28) has joined Savills Netherlands as Consultant Alternative Investments.
After completing a Master’s degree in Urban Planning at the Radboud University in Nijmegen, Fabian Penninkhof (RT, MSc) gained experience within the Valuation team of Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ Zadelhoff), specialised in housing corporations and the Valuation of Immovable Property Act (WOZ). Within Savills Fabian will focus on residential, student housing and hotel investments.
