Signal Real Estate Opportunities (Lux) Investco VIII S.a.r.l. have appointed international real estate advisor Savills to do the property management for the recently acquired Lynus property portfolio in the Netherlands.

The Lynus portfolio comprises 7 properties across the country, with a total floor area of 60,000 sq m of office space, formerly part of the German SEB ImmoInvest Fund.

Melissa Raap, key account manager of the Lynus portfolio at Savills Netherlands, says: “We are happy to start working with Signal on their first Dutch acquisitions. We know the properties very well as we have been managing them for several years, and already achieved some great results, like the 7,600 sq m lease extension with CGI in Lotus E. We look forward to continuing the management of these properties for our new client Signal.”

Annexum International has been appointed as the asset manager of the Lynus portfolio.
