Real I.S. has appointed international real estate advisor Savills to manage the recently acquired ‘Zuiderhof Paviljoens’ office buildings in the Netherlands.

The assignment comprises the commercial, technical and administrative management of three multi-tenant office buildings at Jachthavenweg 112, 118 and 124 (6,145 sq m) on the Amsterdam South Axis, better known as the Zuiderhof Paviljoens. Tenants include ABN AMRO MeesPierson and Valad Benelux. All three office buildings are currently fully let.
