Hoshizaki Europe has signed a new lease agreement with Rijsterborgh Vastgoed at the Burgemeester Stramanweg 101 in Amsterdam Southeast, also known as ‘Stramanhouse’. The agreement comprises 771 sq m of office space, being the ground floor of the building, and 20 parking spaces.

Rijsterborgh Vastgoed was advised bij Valkering & Co. The leasing of Stramanhouse is a collegial collaboration between Valkering & Co and Van Dijk & Ten Cate Vastgoedadviseurs. Hoshizaki Europe was advised by Savills.
