Real I.S. has appointed international real estate advisor Savills to manage the recently acquired shopping center “Parade” in Nootdorp, the Netherlands. This is the first shopping center acquisition of Real I.S. in the Netherlands.

The assignment comprises the commercial, technical and administrative management of the Parade in Nootdorp. The shopping center (approximately 15,000 sq m) has a varied offer of shops (54 shops) with big chains as Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Action and several specialty shops.
