Bryant Park Netherlands Acquisition III BV, a fund of the New York based investment manager MCAP, has appointed international real estate advisor Savills to manage the Mercury property portfolio in the Netherlands.

The Mercury portfolio comprises 6 properties across the country, with a total floor area of 21,567 sq m of office space and 1,890 sq m of retail.
