NSI N.V. has signed a new lease agreement at Hettenheuvelweg 37-39 in Amsterdam Southeast. The agreement concerns approximately 1,762 sq m of office space and 30 parking places.

By transforming industrial space into office space and increasing the overall quality of the property, NSI was able to add considerable value to the asset.
