Wohninvest Holding has acquired a retail park providing approx. 2,790 sq m in Fellbach.

The vendor of the property on Waiblinger Straße is an institutional investor from Great Britain. Global real estate services provider Savills advised during the sale process.

“The retail park is centrally located in Fellbach, north east of Stuttgart. Owing to its good location and the fact that the retail park is fully let, the property is a financially attractive investment,” says Dr. Frank Urfer, Director and Head of Investment in Stuttgart and Munich for Savills.
