American asset manager BlackRock has disposed of the Tal-Center on behalf of a foreign institutional investor. The purchaser of the 7,000 sq m local shopping centre on Oberweißbacher Straße in Berlin-Marzahn is RATISBONA Handelsimmobilien. Global real estate services provider Savills advised the vendor on the transaction.

“The retail asset impresses with its very good local supply location as well as a targeted and diversified sector mix including anchor tenants such as REWE, Penny, Pfennigpfeiffer, Fressnapf and KiK,” says Jörg Krechky, Director / Head of Retail Investment Germany for Savills.
