Curzon Advisers, the asset management platform of British private equity fund Kildare Partners, has disposed of 6,300 sq m of office space to property investment company M&G Real Estate. The seven-storey property is situated at Mainzer Landstraße 61 in Frankfurt's financial district. The vendor in the off-market deal was advised by global real estate services provider Savills.
“The area between Taunusanlage and Platz der Republik is currently one of the most up and coming locations in Frankfurt. The number of transactions and developments taking place in the area is particularly high,” says Jürgen Schmid, Director Investment for Savills in Frankfurt. The office building impresses with its modern, flexible space and attractive location.
Situated directly between the exhibition centre and city centre and just 500 metres from Frankfurt's main train station, the property is excellently suited to national and international networking for companies such as anchor tenant State Bank of India.
