The “Garden Tower” office high-rise at Neue Mainzer Straße 46-50 has retained one of the world’s oldest commercial banks.

Société Générale has extended its lease on 7,000 sq m of office space in Frankfurt’s financial district for a further ten years. The landlord, advised by Tristan Capital Partners, is a property company of the Curzon Capital Partners (CCP) IV fund. Barings Real Estate Advisers are the asset managers of the Garden Tower. International real estate services provider Savills advised the tenant.

“Following an intensive investigation of current availability in the Frankfurt market with regard to building quality and efficiency of space, our client opted to remain in their current location. The 127-metre-tall office building offers prestigious accommodation in a prime location and, hence, an optimal solution for a financial services company,” says Benjamin Remy, Director / Team Leader Office Agency Frankfurt for Savills.
