Leapp Group International BV has extended their lease agreement at the Joop Geesinkweg 201-222 in Amsterdam, also known as the Adammium building. The new agreement comprises approximately 1,937 square meters and 14 parking spaces, this is an extension of 565 square meters relative to the existing lease agreement.

Tenant Leapp specialises in refurbishment of Apple equipment. As a pioneering retailer they have grown from a Dutch start up to a global leader in refurbishment in just a few years.

In this transaction tenant Leapp was advised by Savills. The representative of the landlord of the Adammium building is LRC Group Netherlands.
