Real I.S. AG has signed a new lease agreement in the monumental office building at Blaak 34 in Rotterdam. The agreement concerns approximately 2,490 sqm.
Blaak House is currently being renovated, the construction started on December 1st. The coming 9 months Blaak House (9,500 sqm) will be transformed in to an exclusive multi-tenant office opportunity in one of Rotterdam’s most central, on-trend areas, comprising office space for over 800 people. After the renovation, which will be completed in Summer 2017, Blaak House will offer a modern interior and a light-filled atrium, while keeping historical details in place.
New tenant Tribes offers inspiring offices, communal space, meeting rooms and workplaces, equipped with high-tech materials and amenities to simplify business life, such as dry-cleaning and shoe repair service.
