Real I.S. has appointed international real estate advisor Savills to manage the recently acquired Alpha Tower office building in the Netherlands.
The assignment comprises the commercial, technical and administrative management of a multi-tenant office building at De Entree 11-97 in Amsterdam (19,800 sq m), better known as the Alpha Tower. Tenants include 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, Amvast Management B.V. and Login Consultants. Currently 630 sq m of office space is still available for rent.
