Savills – on behalf of the SRF 54 fund -  has sold the Maple portfolio to tB|BHW Projects bv (Joint Venture between tB investments – Bakkers|Hommen Waerdevast) for the purpose of their redevelopment portfolio. The portfolio comprises 4 office buildings totaling approx. 39,772 sq m. Two office buildings in Deventer, one in Amsterdam and the remarkable Europoint II building in Rotterdam.
