Savills - on behalf of landlord Savills Fund Management GmbH - has signed three new lease agreements at the Verheeskade/Van der Kunststraat in The Hague. The agreements comprise approximately 3,030 square meters of business space, the office space is leased to the UWV.

New tenant Max Groothandel signed a lease agreement for 1,100 sq m of business space, Stichting Leren Doen for 1,170 sq m and Stichting Aight will be leasing 760 sq m from January 2017.

After these transaction approximately 1,300 sq m of business space is still available for rent.

The leasing of this property is a collegial collaboration between JLL and CBRE. JLL advised the landlord in these transactions, commissioned by Savills who is the asset and property manager of Verheeskade/Van der Kunststraat.
