Savills - on behalf of landlord Savills Fund Management - has extended the lease agreement at the George Hintzenweg 89 in Rotterdam, also known as Lotus E. The agreement comprises approximately 7,592 square meters of office space (8 floors) and 200 parking spaces.

The lease extension was agreed with the current – single - tenant of the Lotus E office building. The new lease agreement covers the ground floor and floors 5-11, floors 1-4 (approximately 4,300 sq m) will become available for rent.

The top 3 floors, comprising approximately 1,900 sq m of office space, of the adjacent Lotus C building are already available for rent.
