Deka Immobilien GmbH has signed a new lease agreement in the Adam Smith building in the Amsterdam Rieker Business Park. The agreement concerns approximately 2,167 sqm and 20 parking places.
New tenant Tribes offers inspiring offices, communal space, meeting rooms and workplaces, equipped with high-tech materials and amenities to simplify business life, such as dry-cleaning and shoe repair service. This is the 11th location of Tribes, other locations include Amsterdam Amstel, Amsterdam South Axis, The Hague, Rotterdam, Capelle aan de Ijssel, Utrecht Central Station, Eindhoven and Brussels.
The Adam Smith building (21,000 sqm) is located at the Thomas R. Malthusstraat 1-3 in Amsterdam. The new lease concerns the first floor of the building, following this transaction approximately 10,000 sqm is still available for rent.
The landlord is very pleased to have signed a lease with a five-star operator as Tribes Inspiring Workplaces and foresees that it will increase the attraction to the Rieker Business Park in general and the Adam Smith Building in particular.
